merlion-----> singapore... daiso......

just finish my first day trip in singapore........ well nothing much happen actually...... b4 we went anywhere me and my sister decided that we need to get the stuff that was listed by my grandma and ottosan..... and everything was in daiso....

the list was:- ottosan --> 4 washing nets (daiso)

two tin openers (daiso)

one set of eagle brand ointment (or as we call it minyak cap lang--- short form fo minyak cap helang) (mustafa)

plastic spatula (daiso)

nail clipper (daiso)

granmere---> 4 washing nets (daiso)

Tupperware for her gigi palsu (daiso)

gigi palsu brush (daiso)

here's the thing.... my grandma and ottosan have always been a true believer of the Japanese brand..... they have good quality.... its not as if in penang there isn't any washing nets and the other stuff but they are china made usually they won't last very long :( as for getting the Japanese brand back home in m'sia it can be slightly pricey... so daiso is their solution.... :) it cost only SG2 for every item......

while were at it, me and my sister have decided to get some other stuff there 2... they were having all kind of crazy sales there...... what i bought was a pair of ballerina flats that comes in gray.... and then at daiso... i just loose myself at the baking corner.... they really have this cute cupcake wrapper and also the silicone moulds is so damn cheap.... but i didn't get it coz i was under a very tight budget......

after getting all the item on the list, we went to mustafa to get the eagle brand ointment set.... i went nuts there to at seeing the price of its perfume..... and i have fallen in love with and Adidas shoe that cost only for SD49.90........ its white with rainbow stripes..... By that time i was famish so we decided to have the lunch there... its called AMB restaurant in lil' india..... i totally dig the chicken briyani.....

i do not snap any pictures as both of my hands are occupied in hauling the goods we bought.... and today i gain a little knowledge of the Indian custom... they have a day to buy gold... and it will bring u prosperity throughout the year if u were to purchase any gold on that particular day.. and that day is today..... owh and my sister fren told me that Singapore government tax their jewelry......

so all in all that was the summary of day 1.... 2morrow is gonna be a camwhoring day for me :)
